Zavitan Waterfall
Waterfalls
Zavitan Waterfall. The waterfall's waters come from Nahal Zavitan, which flows all year round.
The stream is 19 km long.
It was named for the sharp angles at which it flows between the basalt rocks.
The stream's waters pour into two large, deep pools.
You can do a circular route to an overlook of the waterfall, starting from the Yehudiya reserve.
You can also do a walking route from Katzrin to the overlook in the Yehudiya reserve.
In that case you need to use two cars.
Leave one in the parking lot at the start of the route in Katzrin and a second car in the Yehudiya reserve parking lot.
