Sa'ar Waterfall

Sa'ar Waterfall is located in the northern Golan, close to the Banias reserve, alongside Route 989 leading to Neve Ativ.

Sa'ar Waterfall is very impressive in winter and spring, comprising 2 impressive waterfalls and water pools.

The route is circular and very easy.

The gushing waterfall's waters come from rainfall and snowmelt on Mount Hermon and pour into Nahal Hermon.

Set out from the parking area, view the waterfalls, cross the bridge above the waterfall, and return to the parking area.

There are stalls on site selling produce from the Druze farmers of the nearby villages.

Please note: park in the designated parking area and not along the sides of the road.
