Noam Dairy is located at Bel Afri Farm in the village of Kidmat Tzvi in the Golan.
The dairy was founded after Bobby trained in Israel, Italy and France.
The cheeses are made from fresh milk with no added preservatives.
A wide selection of cheeses: Camembert, Brie, Edam in various flavors, feta, Bulgarian cheese, Circassian cheese, labneh and seasoned cheeses.
The cheeses are served on the restaurant's menu and are also sold individually.
