Natur Dairy

High on the Golan, in Moshav Natur, at a small and distinctive gourmet dairy, Karina Refael produces cheeses and yogurt with professionalism, dedication and great love.

Karina immigrated to Israel from Cuba, completed chef's studies and cheesemaking studies in several places around the world, and makes cheeses in flavors and styles you have never tasted.

The cheeses are made from sheep's milk, with no preservatives, aged and tended one by one, with a wonderful texture and taste.

You are invited to visit and taste our cheeses at Natur Dairy in the Golan.
