Korlander Farm Dairy

Korlander Farm in Beit Hillel in the Upper Galilee includes a large dairy herd, an olive grove, citrus and a dairy.

The dairy's cheeses are made from the family herd's milk (mehadrin-kosher milk), and in the dairy shop you can peek through a glass window at the cheesemaking work.

On site you can buy the cheeses, olive oil, dips, honey, olives, organic citrus fruit and more.

On Thursday evenings a cheese-and-wine gathering is held here in a pleasant atmosphere.
