At Deir Aziz Dairy in Kanaf, Shiri and Ravid Naeli host cheese tours and tastings. Their goat farm in Moshav Kanaf (in the moshav's agricultural area) holds 230 goats, 120 of them milking.
There is a small, charming visitor center on site.
The tour includes an explanation of how the goats are raised and cared for.
The goats roam happily around Shiri and Ravid, and around visitors too, looking for a hug and a pet.
The tour is a chance to get to know village life and the cheeses made on site.
At the dairy, located next to the house, you receive an explanation of the different types of cheese and the differences between them, accompanied of course by tastings.
