Eden Springs (Ein Selukiya)

Springs

Eden Springs (or Ein Selukiya) is a delightful park near Katzrin, with small waterfalls and wading pools.

An easy walking trail with a paradise-like atmosphere of water, greenery and picnic spots. The path is paved with basalt stones (not accessible and not suitable for strollers), with shaded corners under palm, eucalyptus, fig, plane and other trees.

The water comes from a cluster of springs that rise in the area. The name Selukiya derives from a Jewish village that stood here during the Second Temple period. To the north of the park lie the houses of the abandoned Syrian village of Kasbiya.

The trail is 400 meters long and is suitable for the whole family. Admission is free.

Please keep the site clean for other visitors.
