The winery is in Moshav Kanaf.

The owner and winemaker, Ofer Turgeman, started making wine as a hobby, studied the craft, and went on to establish the winery and its visitor center.

The grape varieties were chosen after research matching them to the growing environment.

The vineyard methods make it possible to reach a high quality of wine.

On other days of the week, visits are by arrangement only.
