Ein Nashut Winery — Kidmat Tzvi
Wineries
Ein Nashut Winery in Kidmat Tzvi.
It is set in an ancient Syrian bunker that was discovered on the site.
The temperature in the bunker is very well suited to storing the wines.
The winery is named after an ancient Talmudic village that once stood here.
The wines made here: Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Syrah and Merlot.
The vines are grown in the family's vineyard.
On site there is a lovely dairy restaurant, built by Bibi from reclaimed materials.
Bibi makes the goat cheeses in a small dairy on the premises.
The meal includes a selection of cheeses, dips, jams, frena bread and quiches.
Everything is fresh and handmade on site, accompanied by the house wines.
