The restaurant sits at the Vered HaGalil holiday village (near Amiad Junction).

The chef-led restaurant of Haim Tibi, who has rich restaurant experience and trained and specialised around the world.

The menu is varied — beef, poultry, fresh fish, pastas, fresh salads, fine cheeses and excellent desserts.

The beef comes from cattle raised on pasture nearby, aged in a long, precise process based on the knowledge the chef built up over many years.

All the ingredients are sourced from local growers.

The breads and pastries are fresh and made on site.
