Sumsum - Café at Kidmat Tzvi
The bakery was built inside an old Israeli-made railway car constructed in 1975, which had stood for years without purpose.
The goal was to renovate and preserve the car's original appearance as much as possible, and, inspired by the natural materials within it, to create a different and special hospitality experience.
Our menu changes from week to week according to the variety of greens, vegetables and fruits growing each season, and is based on local ingredients.
The place also offers bakery products for sale, such as cakes, cookies, crackers and challahs.
On the shelves you can also find local produce from the farmers of the Kidmat Tzvi colony: honey, olive oil, wine, beers and cheeses.
The menu offers a variety of pastries and focuses on brioche.
The place is open on the following days; more days will open soon.
Located at the entrance to the Kidmat Tzvi colony.
